If your membership is current, follow the following steps to login, if your membership is not current, pay your dues first, then contact UHMS
uhms@uhms.org.

 

  1. FirstName.Last Name
  2. Select "forgot password"
  3. enter email and then a temporary password will be emailed to you
  4. Once you are into the "members only" site, you will be able to change you password to something you can remember.  To do this, click on the Membership tab - a dropdown list will appear, then go to "update profile"  this is where you will change your password or email address, do not add mailing information.
