Lead Hyperbaric CHT or RN/Safety Director – Wound and Hyperbaric Services
Frederick Memorial Hospital Advanced Skin & Wound Care Center (ASWCC) is seeking a full-time hyperbaric clinician (RN, RRT, PT, or similar) or a full-time CHT (must have paramedic background or other medical training) for the wound and hyperbaric service. The ASWCC has been an established and respected wound center since 2000 and has just expanded to an 8000 sq. foot facility and now includes hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The center has 2 monoplace chambers and availability to expand as volume grows.
The position requires:
- Hyperbaric medicine experience a must and prefer experience as a safety director (will send to training for appropriate candidate).
- Board certified (CHRN or CHT)
- Experience with advanced wound concepts is preferred.
- Able to work well in a coordinated team approach.
- Leadership/teaching skills and experience.
Frederick Memorial Hospital is located in Frederick, Maryland (less than one hour west of Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, DC). Frederick is a growing community nestled in the historical Civil War history corridor and farm country yet close enough to enjoy the amenities of the metropolitan area.
