About
The Mid-West Chapter was re-formed to bring together thoughts and issues throughout the multi-state area regarding clinical application to hyperbaric medicine practice. To provide up to date educational offerings, as well as new information related to hyperbaric medicine, and develop a closer relationship with Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Society.

MEETING LOCATION
Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center – Aurora Heil Conference Center, 3031 W Montana St., Milwaukee, Wisconsin 52215.
Attention: Dakota parking structure is closed on the weekends. Attendees must park on the surface lot off of 31st and Montana. This is the entrance/exist to the Heil Conference Center. Parking on street is limited, and only 2 hours are allowed.

HOTEL
Since the Midwest meeting location is 15 minutes from either the airport hotels and the downtown hotels, we have decided to allow the attendees to select and book their own hotel. You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the meeting.

ABOUT MILWAUKEE
Milwaukee is a city in the U.S. state of Wisconsin on Lake Michigan's western shore. It's known for its breweries, many of which offer tours chronicling its role in the beer industry. Overlooking the Menomonee River, the Harley-Davidson Museum displays classic motorcycles, including one of Elvis Presley’s. Nearby is the Milwaukee Public Museum, with its large-scale European Village and a recreation of old Milwaukee.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: $100 administrative fee will be held on all MEETING(S)/COURSE(S) cancellations from the time you register, until 60 days prior to the meeting/course date. From 59 days to one (1) month prior, 50% of fees will be held on all cancellations. NO REFUNDS will be issued one (1) month before or after the meeting/course date.

MID-WEST CHAPTER OF THE UHMS MISSION:
The Mid-West Chapter of the UHMS has as its continuing education mission to promote educational activities for physicians and allied health professionals in the local and regional areas based on a needs assessment of the members and on the UHMS Panel of Expert Opinion. These activities will improve the scientific and practical knowledge in the areas of hyperbaric oxygen treatment and diving medicine.
