A Certified Hyperbaric Technician with multi-place chamber maintenance experience is needed for this position. Safety Director certification is required. Safety Advisor duties include operation and maintenance of a busy 12 person multi-place chamber, and all support systems. Inside attendent and direct patient care are also expected. Safety responsibilities include scheduling and presenting safety training, and assuring safe daily operation practices in accordance with applicable codes and standards. While working closely with all team members, the Safety Advisor reports directly to the Clinical Coordinator and Medical Director for matters pertaining to hyperbaric operations and departmental safety. The Hyperbaric Safety Advisor is an important member of the Hyperbaric and Wound Care Center team of the Willis Knighton Healthcare System.
