The successful candidate will have a background in hospital outpatient department wound care/hyperbaric clinic operations and with building a strong referral base. He or she will be goal oriented and have experience understanding hospital systems, leadership roles and be focused on the success of the clinic related to excellent patient care and outcomes and financial success.

As the Director you will be responsible for day to day management and oversight of the clinic and staff. You'll oversee operations, staffing, and training and act as liaison with physicians, hospital personnel and departments.
♦ Plans and coordinates activities of all program personnel and maintains employee time records for accurate payroll processing. Hires, trains, supervises, orients and evaluates all program personnel.
♦ Maintains departmental policies and procedures and ures their availability to all staff; serves as resource.
♦ Prepares and maintains statistical data, reports, directories, memoranda, etc. as required and ures the timely and accurate input of data to prepare for hospital billing.
♦ Directs monthly staff meetings, standing agenda to include outcomes and finance.
♦ Attends hospital departmental management meetings and provides appropriate feedback to staff.
♦ Assists with the preparation and management of the annual budget and adheres to the budget in a fiscally sound manner. Initiates variance reports as necessary according to hospital policy.
♦ Acts as advisor and facilitator; adheres to tasks and timelines.
♦ Possesses strong verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate with adult and geriatric age groups; possesses leadership and team building skills.
♦ Demonstrated knowledge of budget development/implementation
♦ Extensive knowledge of outpatient provider services.
