The UHMS Global Hyperbaric Incident Reporting System (GHIRS) captures information on hyperbaric-related incidents and accidents. The academic database will allow researchers to analyze data more timely and make recommendations to improve the safe delivery of hyperbaric medicine worldwide.
For the Type of Incident you can select multiple types by holding down either Ctrl (on Windows) or Command (on Mac) while choosing the types.
