You can request use of this figure through the Copyright Clearance Center at http://www.copyright.com/ccc/openurl.do?&issn=1066-2936&WT.mc.id=Undersea%20and%20Hyperbaric%20Medical%20Society, where you will be asked to pay a small fee.
